About the event
Led by Urban Boat Builders, this three-day course will teach you to design and make your own canoe paddle from scratch. Choose your own design, Beavertail, Ottertail, Algonquin or Voyageur, and which types of wood to use. You will shape the paddl the same way artisans have been making paddles for centuries. No previous woodworking skills are required, and all tools will be provided.
